  • Wholesaler are requested to sign up our wholesale account before making any order which can be helpful for both firm to facilitate each other.
  • Once the order is made by wholesaler, the shipping cost and delivery date is determine by us. The information regarding the approximately date of delivery will depend upon the number of items made to order. Then, further information about how to make payment will be provided accordingly.
  • Once you agree on the terms of deliver date, shipping cost etc, then you can pay full amount as indicated in pro-forma invoice
  • Goods weighted below 100kg are shipped via door to door service. If goods are above 100kg then they will be delivered via air cargo which would be economical.

How to make an order and pay from your website?

Once you complete adding the items on the cart, click “checkout” button then you will be asked to fill your shipping detail. The shipping charge is depend upon the weight of good purchased ( all the rated are based on 4-5 days home deliver courier services like DHL, ARAMEX, FEDEX). When will you deliver my order?
Especially in the field of handicrafts, deliveries of products highly depend upon the design, quantity, assortment etc. However, we have experienced of delivering retail order within 7-15 working days from the payment received date. Wholesale order can take one month or more as told depending order the size of order made.

You can receive your order starting from one week to 10 days. Air cargo will deliver the order in specified airport for customer and handling agent to collect them.


Do you make custom design product?
